Happy Back Course

This specialized course will focus on various aspects of health and wellbeing, including stress relief, strength building, balance improvement, restorative yoga, breathing techniques, and meditation.

The course will consist of five sessions, held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, each lasting 60 minutes.

Happy Back is designed for individuals of all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis.
